The perfectly equipped kitchen-diner has a table to seat 6 and all of the home from home necessities you need including a handy dishwasher, there is also a feature wall with a hand drawn map of Kington to help guests find their bearings! Also downstairs is the utility room with its own separate WC, one of the two serene bedrooms and the vast family bathroom with a corner bath and seperate walk in shower. Upstairs is the inviting master bedroom with a delightful double bed and the highest views from the house over Kington towards the countryside, a WC with sink and a quiet and comfortable reading nook for escaping the hustle and bustle!
The stunning, mature wrap around garden and its large patio is the ideal place for those furry four-legged guests and has beautiful views over the town towards nearby countryside. The garden is the ultimate spot for quiet morning coffees before the rest of the world wakes up, al fresco dining on long summer afternoons or evenings under the stars in the hot tub. Also outside is the games room for entertaining with table tennis, air hockey and a darts board and room aplenty for bikes, canoes, fishing equipment and golf clubs etc.
The property is perfectly situated on the outskirts of the pretty market town of Kington, just a very short walk to the centre of the historic town and all of its amenities and only around the corner from two great family and dog friendly pubs - find out more about Kington here.
Little Acre
The sleeping arrangements.
Little Acre comfortably sleeps up to six guests with the option of two warm and inviting bedrooms and a sofa bed in the snug, all dressed with luxurious white bedding, towel sets and waffle dressing gowns for each guest.
Bedroom 1 (upstairs) is cosy yet spacious with a delightful double bed, access to a WC and elevated countryside views.
Bedroom 2 (downstairs) is light and airy and has two 3ft single beds that can be 'zip and linked' to become a luxurious Super King bed and lovely views of the garden.
The sofa bed in the snug room can be pulled out to become a very comfortable double bed.
Both bedrooms have a dressing table, mirror, wardrobe, lamp, blankets and TV. Upon request a travel cot can be provided.

For all guests we lovingly provide a ‘Taste of Herefordshire’ welcome hamper which includes delicious local produce. We also provide a doggy hamper (because we believe our pets deserve a treat too!), packed full with natural treats, a towel and blanket, food and water bowls, waste bags and personalised ‘we are on holiday’ collar tags!
We have compiled a guest guide book with handy instructions, advice and recommendations for the area and further afield including walking routes, places to eat and family friendly activities,
As well as providing tasteful seasonal decorations and fresh flowers for each booking, upon request we can decorate the property for special occasions with balloons and banners and provide prosecco etc.

Pets are not allowed upstairs or on furniture
Hot tub rules provided at the property must be strictly adhered to at all times
